Cumberland County Federal Credit Union Washington Avenue

Portland, Maine     3010 sf

This stucco building, originally a Sun Savings and Loan, received a complete renovation with a new entry, exterior insulation, and siding. The interior received a new banking hall, teller line, and offices. The entry tower and lobby wall are clad in TRESPA Panels. The visual brand boundary is stretched by the symbol for the credit union, the apple, which appears on the tower in a more contemporary backlit reverse-cut version than the more traditional branch design.
